Ambient Tai Chi is an introduction to Tai Chi (Taijiquan), Qi Gong and Pushing Hands (Tui Shou) to the sound of live ambient music.

Stillness, body - mind awareness, and light partner contact for a very basic intro into the martial arts side of things.

Simon Redfern has long practiced Tai Chi (originally Yang style in London and Auckland) and is a programmer, entrepreneur and improvising musician. He's currently a student of Wolf Scheidt at the Ma Tsun Kuen Tai Chi Chuan school in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin (thanks also Annika); and he's happy to introduce Tai Chi to others.

Mitch Altman is a Berlin based hacker, electronics engineer and ambient musician. He regularly speaks at hacker conferences and teaches electronics.
